A wonderful guide, ambassador, and friend

From the moment I stepped off the plane and met our guide Norbert, I knew I was in good hands! I was greeted with a warm smile and almost instantly started connecting with him. Norbert offered a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about the future of his country. He has spent time in the United States and also worked with the Rwanda Development Board which added a unique perspective and allowed us to connect even further. He is a great ambassador for Rwanda and taught us a lot about the history and future growth plans of the country as well as the culture and values of the people. Norbert had connections with people at every corner of the country we visited which both came in handy and was also fun to see. Norbert is vibrant and optimistic and his passion for being a guide really shines through. It is clear he really loves the work, and his energy and optimism really rubs off. We know we will always have a great friend in Rwanda after traveling with Norbert.
