Wonderful country, people, and oh yeah, the gorillas!

Tim is the BEST! We were so lucky to get Tim. He is so outstanding. He made us feel so comfortable. He was very good at setting expectations, telling us what was coming, and finding out what we wanted and doing his best to provide it. And what a fun time! He also shared some personal/family information that made us feel very fond of him.
