Unforgettable Journey

Norbert was exuberant and very helpful. He adjusted our itinerary as we requested since one of us was not feeling well upon arrival to allow us time to rest before the big gorilla trek the following day. He was very helpful in preparing us for the gorilla and golden monkey treks, especially helping us to understand what the trek teams do and how many folks that would include (this was a bit of a surprise for us and we are glad he informed us ahead of time). On the last day, Norbert also helped us to shop for last minute gift items before leaving. This was incredibly helpful, especially since he helped us to navigate a big local market.
