So happy with trusted Treks2Rwanda for our trip if a lifetime!

Charles is an excellent guide. Spending 2 weeks with someone you don’t know (and who doesn’t know you) always causes some trepidation. That was laid aside as soon as we had our first day with Charles. He was fun, funny, and welcoming. He had great enthusiasm to share his culture and answer our questions. He also made sure he was responsive to what we needed. He had a good sense for when it was time to be chatty on a drive versus when we all needed to kind of quietly relax. He is diplomatic when responding to concerns and an excellent ambassador for Rwanda. He was so excited to share things with us. We met another couple when in Volcanoes who said that Charles seemed great–we replied that he is great and they then said, “He seems cool, like you want to be his friend.” We agreed wholeheartedly!
