Rwanda – Gorillas and so much more!

I can’t say enough about what a wonderful guide Norbert was. He was a wealth of knowledge which he generously shared with us. He is kind and outgoing with a great sense of humor and although we only had 3 days with him, it felt like we’d known him much longer. He was also generous with his time. The gorilla trek only took up a half day so he took us on an unscheduled tour of the town and through the marketplace which we really found colorful and fascinating. Norbert honored us with a visit to his childhood home to meet his beautiful mom and niece on our way to the airport. A thoughtful and personal gift that went way beyond a guided tour stop, leaving us feeling blessed to have met him.
