Helpful and knowledgeable

Norbert was an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about Rwanda and knew all the details on how the system worked for the gorilla and golden monkey trekkings, and the hotel. We got the easy trek we requested for the gorilla trekking as I wanted to have an enjoyable experience and not have it be a huge challenge. The hotel upgraded us from a regular hotel room to their VIP cottage. He shared his knowledge about Rwanda’s political history and his family’s experience when we asked if we could visit the Genocide Museum during the last morning we were in Kigali.
