Gorillas in the jungle.

Norbert was extremely friendly and helpful. He has an extremely positive attitude and was a pleasure to be around. He made sure that we made it to our treks to find the gorillas and the golden monkeys. He is a great ambassador for Rwanda and the company.

On rating our guide’s performance–Norbert did not go on the Treks with us…so spotting animals/birds and wildlife knowledge really did not come into play.

Our driver, it appears, did not speak English so we had very little interaction with him. His driving skills were good.
